NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Essential Public Facilities Code Amendment
(CAM-010052-2023)
The Lynnwood City Council and Planning Commission will conduct individual public hearings on the below-referenced project. Interested community members are invited to attend this public hearing and to provide comments, either orally or in writing.
Project Description: The proposed code amendment is to improve permitting and processing of Essential Public Facilities including Opioid Treatment Programs. This proposal is to conform with recently passed state legislation SB 5536, commonly known as the ‘Blake Fix’.
Location: Citywide
Planning Commission Public Hearing –– September 14, 2023:
The Planning Commission public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall (19100 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036) and virtually via Zoom at 6:30PM on September 14, 2023. Any interested party may give testimony.
