Ordinance 3441 Moratorium on Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinics
The Lynnwood City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding Ordinance 3441 an emergency ordinance imposing a six-month moratorium on the acceptance and processing of applications for substance abuse outpatient clinics passed on April 17, 2023. Interested community members are invited to attend this public hearing and to provide comments, either orally or in writing.
