Application and Project Description:

On August 14, 2023, Lee Michaelis, on behalf of Johathan Abel applied for a Preliminary Short Plat to subdivide the original/recorded property into two parcels, one of 10,210 Square Feet and one of 40,836 Square Feet. The property is zoned Residential 8400 Sq. Ft. (RS-8). The application was deemed complete on September 7, 2023.

Location:

The property is located at DIRECTLY SOUTH of the junction of 58th Ave W and 176th St SW, and Directly WEST of 5714 176th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036 (Existing Parcel Number: 00513700000703)

Approval Required:

Preliminary Short Plat: The proposal will be reviewed for compliance with City of Lynnwood and Washington State requirements for short plats and Staff will make a recommendation on the application. The Mayor of Lynnwood will then make a determination to grant or deny preliminary approval. The Mayor’s decision will be publicly noticed by posting on the project site and in the Everett Herald newspaper. No public hearing will be held unless the Mayor’s decision is appealed.

Other Permits Required:

Final short plat and associated construction permits, including but not limited to grading, civil, building, mechanical, and electrical permits, may also be needed by the applicant.
