Council members will attend Learning Sessions with City Staff at Lynnwood Operations & Maintenance Center (LOMC) on Thursday, April 2nd from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. While a quorum may be in attendance, this is informational only and no official city business will be discussed, and no actions or votes will be taken.

iVista @ Alderwood will be an eight-story building with structured parking.

Audi Lynnwood

Located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Highway 99 and 176th Street SW, Audi Lynnwood is a new and used auto dealership with sales and showroom area, service center and an outdoor sales lot, along with a wide pedestrian plaza with pedestrian amenities along Highway 99.

ENSO Mixed-Use Building

Located at the Northwest corner of 198th Street SW and 40th Ave W, ENSO is a mixed-use building containing 318 residential apartment units and 4,200 square feet of retail space along 198th Street SW.

Housing Hope Scriber Place

Located to the west of Cedar Valley Community School, Housing Hope Scriber Place is a proposed 52-unit multi-family affordable housing development that will serve Mckinney‐Vento homeless families primarily located in Edmonds School District.

Aurora Rents

Aurora Rents is a proposed one-story retail building with an adjacent storage building with square footage on site totaling 11,824 square feet.

Northline Village

Northline Village will be a mixed-use space including dwelling units, retail, office, and entertainment such as a movie theater.

KOZ @ Alderwood

KOZ @ Alderwood is a 199-unit, 7-story multi-family residential building with 100 parking spaces located at 4301 Alderwood Mall Parkway, just Northeast of the new Lynnwood City Center Light Rail Station.

Lynnwood City Center Station TOD

The proposed project includes two buildings on either side of the restored stream directly adjacent to the Lynnwood City Center Station.

Pacific Peace Center

The Pacific Peace Center project is a proposed expansion to an existing place of worship located at 6328 180th Street SW.

Lynnwood Neighborhood Center

Now under construction, Lynnwood Neighborhood Center will be an approximately 40,000 square foot complex with a full-sized gymnasium, preschool classrooms, multipurpose rooms, and support offices in a two-story building.

Swickard BMW

Swickard BMW, currently under construction, will be an automotive dealership with associated parking, inventory storage yard, and one automotive service building.

Lee’s Apartments

Lee’s apartments will be a four-story apartment building with 12 two-bedroom units in Lynnwood’s College District.
