This master planned development is envisioned as a mixed-use community for housing, retail, office, and entertainment. This site will include two park spaces, new grid streets, and oriented around mid-rise construction. Northline Village will anchor the City Center Promenade along 198th Street SW providing connectivity from the Lynnwood City Center Station.

The master plan includes: 

  • 19.1 Acre Development Site
  • Office: 500,000+ square feet
  • Retail: 250,000+ square feet
  • Residential: 1,369 units

 

Current Status:

Northline Village is currently performing additional design and approvals for infrastructure. This includes coordination with Washington State Depart of Transportation (WSDOT) for the construction of a new traffic signal on 44th Avenue West at 198th Street SW. This signalized intersection will support pedestrian crossing as well as left turning movements. This signal was recently approved by WSDOT and the City is assisting with right of way acquisitions for placing the signals.

Additional infrastructure is underway with frontage improvements (sidewalks and street lighting) being performed by Sound Transit as part of the Lynnwood Link Extension. Sound Transit, City of Lynnwood, and Merlone Geier Partners (MGP) performed significant coordination to ensure that Sound Transit improvements are forward compatible for the improvements MGP will perform.
