Description:
On November 11, 2025, Apollo Scriber Lake submitted their application for a proposed 173-unit multi-family affordable housing development which was deemed complete on December 5, 2025. The proposed construction includes a 7-story apartment of 141,416 gross square feet with 54 surface parking stalls located under the structure. This project will require the lot combination of a 0.41-acre lot and a 0.80-acre lot into a single 1.21-acre lot through a Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) to be run as a separate permit. Proposed construction improvements to the 1.21-acre site include all associated utilities, stormwater management, right-of-way improvements, and landscaping.

Required Permits:
This project requires the approval of PDR and BLA permits, as well as associated construction permits. The BLA is not included within the PDR.
Comments and Contact:
Any person has the right to comment on the application, receive notice of and participate in any hearings, request a copy of the decision once made, and appeal per the provisions of LMC 8.90. Comments concerning this project should be made in writing and delivered to the City of Lynnwood Development & Business Services Department office. Only those who provide written comments may appeal the decision.
