What’s Next?
On September 22nd, Lynnwood City Council will consider an ordinance to permit retail cannabis.
Prior to December 31st, Lynnwood will be revising Chapter 17.10 Environmentally Critical Areas. This update will include best available science, site potential tree height, among other revisions required.
Also, prior to December 31st, DBS anticipates making minor revisions to the UDC addressing clarifications identified above.
