Blood Pressure Checks

Look for our Blood Pressure volunteers weekly in the lobby of LSC for a drop-in blood pressure check! Tue 12-1pm, Wed 11am-12pm
If you want to borrow our blood pressure machine from the front desk to do it yourself, you can do so Mon-Fri 8:30am-3pm.

Foot Care Appointments

This service includes a foot soak, nail trim, and a foot massage from a manicurist. Call LSC at 425-670-5050 to schedule your thirty-minute appointment. Mon 9am-1pm

SHIBA Appointments

Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors can help you with your Medicare questions. Call LSC to schedule your one hour appointment. Bring your Medicare card with you if you have one. Thu 12-3pm Oct 16, Nov 6, Nov 20, Dec 18

Discussion Groups

Book Discussion Group

We read modern fiction and an occasional classic. Sometimes we add on a book series to make sure we all stay interested and engaged. You may check out the regular book selections through the front desk at the Lynnwood Library - ask for the Lynnwood Senior Center book group. Then join us on the fourth Tuesday for discussion. Tuesdays 1:30-2:30
