In 2019, the Lynnwood City Council adopted ORDINANCE 3345(PDF, 5MB)  which set the rates for 2020-2025.  This was amended on 01/01/2020  The new rates will ensure that the utility’s fiscal health, meet operational and capital infrastructure needs and to establish an equitable rate structure. Our water and sewer rates continue to remain among the lowest in the region
