Maple Mini Park Maple Mini Park is a .77-acre neighborhood pocket park in Northeast Lynnwood. This project includes improvement with a new play area, Open Lawn, right-of-way improvements for on-street ADA parking, an accessible ADA route, stormwater educational signage, picnicking amenities and serve as a stormwater demonstration project.

The inspiration for this park is from the legacy of the property's one-time owners and early Lynnwood residents, the Rowe Family.Proposed improvements include a play area, open lawn, landscaped terraces, multiple neighborhood entry points, preservation of existing trees, vegetation and wildlife habitat.
City Center Park The City has purchased property in City Center for a future public park that will serve as a space for community gathering, recreation, and events. While construction is planned for 2032, planning and funding efforts are already underway to shape its vision.
