2025 Paving Program

The City of Lynnwood plans to pave two segments in 2025 (see map).

Construction activities will include:

• Full depth repair of pavement in selected areas and
• Grind and overlay of pavement in selected areas.

Improvements were made to curb ramps and pedestrian push buttons as part of the 2024 Ramps and Sidewalk project.

The 2025 project includes two segments:

• Alderwood Mall Parkway – from Alderwood Mall Boulevard to 184^th St SW
• 33^rd Ave W – from upcoming Poplar Bridge project to 184^th St SW

The City is planning to mitigate traffic impacts during construction through traffic control planning and construction work hours.

Bids for the 2025 Paving Project were opened on June 11, 2025. Construction is anticipated to occur during the Summer 2025.

These segments are being constructed with local funds and two federal Pavement Preservation grants.
