40th Ave Water Tanks Improvement Project Water tank improvement to include: Tanks coating, electrical, mechanical and plumbing improvements. Replacement of utility pipes in the 40th Ave Right-of-Way. Widening the paved roadway of 40th Ave near the Water tank property.
Sewer Lift Station 4 Relocation Project The Sewer Lift Station 4 Relocation project will result in the construction of a new Sewer Lift Station facility to replace the nearby and outdated existing Sewer Lift Station 4.
Sewer Lift Station 10 Improvements Lift Station #10 is receiving necessary repairs and maintenance. A Site Evaluation is being done to determine further updates to be completed.
Sewer Lift Station 14 Improvements Project This project upgrades the Sewer Lift Station 14 to include larger pumps to accommodate the anticipated upcoming developments within the basin area.
48th Ave W Sewer Improvement The City is planning improvements to the sanitary sewer system and roadway along 48th Ave W between 200th St SW and 196th St SW.
2027 Watermain Project This project will replace aging water pipelines, primarily older steel mains that are near or past their useful life and require frequent maintenance due to leak or sudden failures. Some are also undersized and do not meet current or future system needs
