40th Ave Water Tanks Improvement Project

The Water Tank Improvement project involves coating, electrical, mechanical and plumbing improvements to the City water tanks and utility pipe replacement in the 40th Ave Right-of-Way. The City will also be expanding the paved roadway width of 40th Ave in front of the Water Tank property which is partially gravel.

Water shutoffs are not anticipated to be necessary for this project. However, if they become needed, Water Shut-off Notices will be distributed 48 hours in advance to any affected properties. The Northbound lane of 40th Ave W. will be closed for repaving and utility pipe replacement during this project.
