NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

the Lynnwood City Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. This notice is required because the meeting falls outside of regularly scheduled meeting times.
At 6:30 pm, a Special Meeting will be called to order at Lynnwood City Hall, Council Chambers, 19100 44th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. The meeting will focus on a Public Hearing on the Critical Areas Regulations Ordinance.

Sewer Lift Station 14 Improvements Project

The City of Lynnwood is planning to retrofit the existing Sewer Lift Station #14 with larger pumps and facility updates to increase its flow capacity and life expectancy. The current lift station is nearing its flow capacity and life expectancy.

The updated lift station will have a larger capacity to accomodate the anticipated upcoming development in the area. Construction for this project is anticipated to be completed in 2028.
