Decision: On May 13, 2025, the City of Lynnwood’s Development & Business Services Director granted approval with conditions for proposed construction of a 58,764 square foot, three story, mixed-use building. The proposed building will contain 34 apartment units. On-site parking will include 39 new parking stalls for residents and commercial spaces. The first floor will contain 1,901 square feet of commercial space. On site landscaping, lighting, and plazas will also be provided. This project also recorded an approved boundary line adjustment, combining a small undevelopable lot to the south under permit number BLA-26-0001.

Location: The property is located at 20305 68th Ave W, (Parcel Number: 00515400000902).

Appeal: In accordance with LMC 8.90.350(E), any person who participated in the decision may appeal this decision by filing a written request with the Development & Business Services Department by June 2, 2026. Appeals must be sent to the City of Lynnwood, Development & Business Services Department, 19100 44th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
