NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lynnwood City Council will conduct a public hearing prior to the consideration of a development agreement as authorized by LMC 21.29 at the following time and place:

Project Description:
American Property Development Inc. has received approval to redeveloped the subject project into a multifamily building with 239 apartments and structured parking to accommodate 288 stalls. The Applicant is seeking a development agreement to authorize the use of Transportation Impact Fee Exemptions per LMC 3.105 and implementation of the Multi-Unit Housing Property Tax Exemption (MFTE). The proposed MFTE program includes providing at least 20% of housing units be provided for low and moderate incomes as defined by RCW 84.14.010.
Location: Commonly addressed as 4100 Alderwood Mall Blvd and located south of Alderwood Mall Boulevard between 40th and 44th Avenue West.
