2021 Paving Program - Completed

This is the fourth year of a multi-year commitment to complete annual paving projects.

This year’s project will focus on repairing pavement at four sites:

• 200^th St SW between SR-99 and Scriber Lake Rd
• Scriber Lake Rd between 200^th and 196^th St SW (SR-524)
• 44^th Ave W between 212^th St SW and the 20800 block
• 48^th Ave W between 196th ST SW (SR-524) and Veterans Way

The 2021 Project will include these construction activities:

• Full depth repair of pavement in selected areas
• Grind and overlay of pavement in selected areas
• Upgrading curb ramps
• Traffic signal pole repairs, and
• Replacing pedestrian pushbuttons

This Project is currently scheduled to begin during Spring 2021 and projected to be completed during Fall.

We realize the construction process might create some inconvenience for residents, pedestrians, motorists, and businesses. When the work is complete, City roads will be safer and better-maintained.
